Welcome to Chaparral Estates East HOA!
Chaparral Estates by Shea Homes is a Master planned
Community located in Gilbert, Arizona approximately 20 miles
east/southeast of Phoenix. Conveniently located near
restaurants, shopping malls, and schools, it offers access to
many major freeways including the US 60 and the 202 San
Tan Freeway. Higley High and Williamsfield High school are
less than a mile away and the K-8 school Chaparral
Elementary is located in our community.

Our Association
Our Association is governed by a
professional management company and
a seven member Board of Directors
elected to the board by the members of
the community.
Board of Directors meetings are held once a month. Each meeting is devoted to HOA business and homeowners who may have issues, concerns or ideas they would like to bring before the Board and Management company.
